Technical Architect - IT

In this role we would expect you to be an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex business/technical requirements into business/technical architecture and drive the architecture, design, development, integration, delivery and evolution for different projects. You will be working closely with business development, customers- technical architects and engineering teams & internal engineering teams.

Responsibilities & Essential Skills :

- 12+yrs with hands on experience in Java/J2EE development

- Excellent communication skills to communicate with folks with varied experience

- Architected and delivered at least 2 end-to-end enterprise JAVA/J2EE solutions on the JAVA/J2EE stack ranging from scripting, middleware and Integration and Enterprise components for an n-tier distributed solution. (Mandatory)

- Mix of advanced technology and strategic business acumen-both broad and deep technology and industry knowledge

- Resourceful, confident under pressure, and has demonstrated skill in both expectation and crisis management

- Should have understanding of CI/CD methodologies.

- Define and setup project infrastructure and monitoring tools and able to diagnose issues during execution

- Prospecting, Proposals & Technical Consulting

- Project Scoping, Estimation, Resource Planning, Scheduling & Quality Planning

- Requirements Gathering & Analysis

- Thought Leadership

Requirements :

1. Should have experience in planning and execution of large size, complex projects

2. Must possess problem solving skills, ability to provide technical solutions

3. Must have team management experience

4. Should have experience in stakeholder management

5. Should have experience in managing/delivering using digital technologies

6. Should have some experience in technologies such as Java/J2EE, web services and SQL or Oracle database

7. Must have experience working in Agile projects

8. Proven stakeholder management skills.

9. Must have good understanding of project management knowledge areas.

10. Co-ordinate & communicate with business, operations and Support teams.

11. Manage the relationship with all stakeholders, manage infrastructure and software on a regular basis during upgrades and patches

12. Should work on automating the Software Release, Data Migration and Infrastructure provisioning.

13. Must excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills are required for success.

14. Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change.

15. Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.
