Technical Architect - F&O

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Architecture: Lead the design and development of technical solutions for D365 Finance and Operations (F&O) projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.

2. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of D365 technical consultants, providing guidance, support, and oversight to ensure successful project outcomes.

3. End-to-End Implementations: Bring expertise from at least 3 to 5 end-to-end D365 implementation projects, contributing to the technical aspects of these projects.

4. Customer Engagement: Interact directly with clients, understanding their needs, and translating them into effective technical solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships.

5. X++ and MorphX: Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in coding using X++ and MorphX, customizing and extending D365 functionality as required.

6. Integration: Work on integration projects, connecting D365 F&O with other systems and platforms to facilitate seamless data flow.

7. Development and Reporting: Develop and maintain forms, reports (SSRS), workflows, batch processing, and database tables to enhance system functionality.

8. Optional Modules: Familiarity with optional modules such as ER (Electronic Reporting), AIF (Application Integration Framework), and DIXF (Data Import/Export Framework) is a plus.

9. Communication: Possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in Microsoft Axapta and strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

2. Leadership: Proven experience in managing teams and leading D365 projects.

3. End-to-End Projects: Participation in at least 3 to 5 end-to-end D365 implementation projects.

4. Technical Skills: Expertise in coding with X++ and MorphX, as well as integration experience.

5. Development Skills: Competency in creating and maintaining forms, SSRS reports, workflows, batch processing, and managing database tables.

6. Optional Modules: Knowledge of ER, AIF, and DIXF is a plus.

7. Client-Facing: Strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.

Must Have

- 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Axapta.

- Hands on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365

- Worked on at least 3 to 5 end to end D365 implementation project.

- Experience in coding in X++, MorphX.

- Team handling experience and worked on Forms, SSRS, workflow, batch processing, tables.

Good to Have:

- Should have excellent communication skills and good to have ER, AIF & DIXF.
