Technical Architect - Agile XP - TDD & Java

Mandatory to have Experience in Agile,TDD & Java

Note: The candidate should be open to travel as our clients could be anywhere in India.

Requirements:

- Provides process and technical direction to teams, management and stakeholders. Specialized in technical practices of TDD, ATDD, etc. Goal is for coaches to create a culture of software development. Critical to have recent coding experience.

- Consults on and utilizes latest rapid development or other non-sequential project methodologies

- Serves as subject matter expert on Agile development methods and processes

- Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing

- Provide instruction and training to software development teams in the area of agile software principles

- Facilitate sprint planning and retrospective

- Assist the product owner with keeping the backlog groomed

- Ensure cross-team coordination

- Coach and mentor other scrum masters

- Possesses most skills of the traditional project manager

- Provides clear concise communication with project team members

- Strong vertical and horizontal communication skills

Qualifications:

- Seven plus Year- Deep experience with Extreme Programming. Current coding experience is a must.

- Prefer developer who can code in multiple languages.

- Experience leading projects using formal project management methodologies preferred

- Demonstrated analytical experience

- Experience leading projects using formal project management methodologies desired

- Excellent - strategic application of experience

- Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Executive Sponsors to team members)

- Proven ability to lead a diverse group towards resolution when faced with ambiguous situation
