We have an urgent opening for the profile of Technical Account Manager Profile with one of our client.

JD : Technical Account Manager

Location : Delhi

Job Objective :

The Technical Account Manager, a member of the Impartus Sales Team, will work alongside Account Managers to support clients with product demonstration, upgrades and integrations, operations and technical support. This is a customer-facing role, which will require constant communication with both internal and external stakeholders, with the goal of delivering first-class service to higher education partners in a timely manner. Responsibilities :

- Communicate with Account Management, Development and other departments to ensure successful delivery of Impartus products

- Advocate for your higher education clients with internal resources like Engineering, QA and Product Management

- Provide the highest quality client service support and address challenges with accuracy, efficiency, diligence, thoroughness, and professionalism

- Use of Impartus, Video Platform to test, traffic and optimize promotional campaigns

- Manage the integration process of new Higher Education partners, including overseeing the builds of iOS/Android apps and mobile Websites

- Assist in the QA process across various platforms (Windows OS, Android and iOS)

- Assist in developing tools and building upon current processes to help manage rapidly growing demand

Desired Skills and Abilities :

- 8 + years of experience in demonstrating enterprise software to end customers and partners (e-learning experience is a plus)

- Experience with ticketing systems and content/asset management tools

- Experience working on apps and mobile technology. Mobile video knowledge a plus.

- QA experience a plus

- Detail-oriented and diligent work ethic with excellent organizational, project/time management, and problem-solving skills

- B.E, with MBA from premier institution
