Technical Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Based in India, serve as a key member of the technical support team, assisting in the launch of new devices-
- Work closely with internal teams such as Partnership & GTM in India and TAM at headquarters to ensure timely Technical Approval (TA) of products;
- Understand the Technical requirement & check feasibility of implementation by working closely with HQ team ( R&D & Project team SPM/VPM)
- Organize and lead the technical workshop communications with Operators, Google and Third Party (e.g. Trustonic, Axio);
- Follow up on the entire TA process, proactively identify and address risks, and manage technical requirements-
- Maintain customer relationships on the technical side and communicate with customers for technical waiver-
- Responsible for technical solutions for Financial Installment (XEF&DLC);
- Acquire competitive information.
Required Experience:- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecommunication Engineering; M.S. preferred;
- Familiar with carrier technical acceptance process and maintain good relationships with carriers;
- At lease 3 years of relevant work experience; Capable of independent and proactive work;
- Knowledge of Financial Installment; Familiar with Google/Trustonic solutions;
- Knowledge of IMS (VoLTE, VoWiFi) and new wireless technology like 5G NSA,SA, VoNR, mmWave;
- Good English spoken and written communication skills are required;
- Mandarin language skill is a bonus.
