Lead Management
- Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities.
- Generate new leads using cold calling, email marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing channels.
- Manage incoming calls from new and existing clients as well as making outgoing "cold" to "hot" calls to develop new business.
- Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate new prospect information and activity reports in CRM software.
- Identify and develop new and existing referral sources to develop successful referring relationships.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Sales Management
- Interaction with the Marketing managers, VP's, etc using various media as appropriate within your market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Actively identify and generate prospects through strategic sales strategies focusing on clients in target markets.
- Develop a strong knowledge of Digital Marketing/Website designing & Development in order to facilitate the sales process;
- Ability to handle the team and take updates of sales results.
Communication
- Work closely within a sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships.
- Maintain good working relationships with existing clients previously to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references.
- Confidently participate in the preparation of proposals/ pitches.
- Strong Presentation, Negotiation & sales closing Skills.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
- Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, etc.
- Set up meetings.
- Report to the reporting person on sales results.
- Handling Team targets (lead gen and closing) {only for BDM}
