Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Information Technology Sales Specialist to join our sales team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the IT industry, with specific expertise in Cloud, B2B, IT, ERP, Security & Surveillance, and IoT & Automation solutions.
- The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the assigned domains.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to target and acquire new clients.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, social media, and networking events.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales engineering, marketing, product management) to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Manage all phases of the sales cycle, including proposal negotiations, contract finalization, and post-sales support.
Revenue Generation:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue from new and existing clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Cold Calling and Lead Generation:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and the sales team.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with potential clients.
- Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns to optimize results.
Social Media Marketing:
- Utilize social media platforms to promote our products and services.
- Engage with potential clients through social media channels and build a strong online presence.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and opportunities.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
- Prepare regular reports on business development performance and market insights.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven track record of successful business development experience in the IT industry, with specific expertise in one or more of the following domains: Cloud, B2B, IT, ERP, Security & Surveillance, IoT & Automation.
- Strong understanding of the business development process and customer relationship management.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
