Techjockey is Hiring Cloud Business Unit Head
Key Responsibilities :
- Be a thought leader in the cloud segment; be Techjockey's voice in the market around cloud
- Be a trusted adviser to existing and potential customers for cloud strategy and plans
- Manage cloud business for Techjockey
- Build, manage, maintain, enhance the team including sales & presales
- Work closely with technical delivery/implementation team to ensure optimum skills for successful delivery of cloud solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with cloud providers like Microsoft, Google, AWS
- Build and maintain relationships with add-on service/solutions/products providers like those in the areas of DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud security, cloud optimization, etc.
- To develop and manage all the sales strategies for cloud
- To collaborate with other cross-functional team to propose cloud solutions
- Set clear goals for your team to achieve their KPIs
- Good ability to understand market trends
- To work with customer needs and to prepare responses to requirements/BoQ
- To develop and manage metrics/success criteria for all sales leads, programs, and activities.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
What we are looking for :
- Prior experience in managing sales and/or technical teams
- First hand experience of cloud sales/presales
- Experienced in handling a high performance team
- Good understanding of marketing trends, technologies, commercial strategies, licensing etc.
- Multi cloud sales experience will be an added advantage
- Strong written/verbal communications skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere
- Time Management to ensure service level commitments
- Someone who is a Self-driven hustler and believes in going beyond boundaries
- A multifaceted role with a high degree of ownership and a broad spectrum of opportunities
