Location - Habitat India, New Delhi
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical Strategy for nominated customers and prospects
- Generate technical documents to support customer solution requirements
- Knowledge sharing of latest industry trends in the areas of cloud, cyber security, infrastructure, networking, analytics, databases, etc. with our sales team, customers, prospects, and partners
- Deliver solution updates covering roadmaps with our customers and prospects
- Development and delivery of financial information, such as Return on Investment (ROI)
- Ensure that all technical solutions fit within the customers' requirements and budget
- Joint development of Account Plans with Account Manager/Director
- Mentor and manage a team of technical / business development specialists
- When engaged on a specific opportunity or project, you would be responsible for the technical accuracy of the proposed solution, engaging closely with the client to become their trusted advisor
- Engaging at different levels of the client organization to identify solutions
- Collaborating to define, design and detail the technical aspects and feasibility of the proposed solution
- Demonstrating solutions to clients
- Presenting to customer about latest trends and how they can secure their data, network, application, Endpoint, Cloud infrastructure, data center, etc.
- Collaborating with OEM for business opportunities.
- Technical session with customer and inhouse team on the entire breadth of offerings
- Defining and delivering Proof of Concepts / Proof of Technology
What we are looking for:
- At least 12 years' experience in technical presales, preferably with a Systems Integrator
- Preferably a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong problem solving and prioritization skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills of working with multiple stakeholders, including sales teams, OEMs' technical teams
- Deep understanding of data centre, networking, security, cloud, automation, databases, and other domains
