Profile - Enterprise Sales- Manager/Sr. Manager/ Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Drives business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with Top giants/niche clients.
- Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members, teaching improved processes, and mentoring team members.
- Meet C-level executives and expands business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending solutions and services as offerings from Techjockey.com
- Identifies products and solution selling on new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and other content, establishingpersonal networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in professional and industry organizations.
What are we looking for:
- Strong written/verbal communications and interpersonal skills.
- Someone who can demonstrate a thirst for better understanding the client and define the problem and develop solutions through their eyes.
- Proven successful track record working as an Enterprise Sales Lead role or similar senior roles
- A collaboration champion - Who can work closely with key people to ensure alignment and champion the sharing of learning across teams.
- Someone who is a Self-driven, hustler and believes in going beyond boundaries
- Someone who is Tech curious about trends and innovations in IT/Software/Products etc. (technological and otherwise)
