About : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Product and Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative product experiences for our Mortgage Finder project.

This role will involve gathering product requirements from the business team, managing project deliverables, automating manual operations within the B2C engineering teams, and ensuring timely project delivery through effective risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

Experience in banking and financial system development is preferred.

Rolls& Responsibilities:

- Product Management:

- Collaborate with business teams to gather and define product requirements.

- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.

- Prioritize product backlog and ensure alignment with business goals and timelines.

- Work closely with the design and development teams to create user-friendly and efficient product experiences.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance and user feedback to drive improvements and updates.

- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Obtain estimates for new product features and enhancements from the development team.

- Oversee the execution of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Automate manual operational tasks within the B2C engineering teams to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.

- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential project challenges.

Communication and Reporting:

- Maintain clear and open communication channels with all project stakeholders.

- Prepare and deliver comprehensive project status reports, including progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

- Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure alignment and address any issues promptly.

- Should have knowledge of React/Node
