Education Qualification : MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing from reputed institute

Experience : 12-18 Yrs. of experience in IT Services/Product Sales

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Sound experience in selling IT Services/Products.

- Must have experience in New Business Development, Lead Generation and taking prospects to closure.

- Focus on developing International Markets like US, UK and Oceania.

- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company's customer base.

- Team Management & team effectiveness.

- Demonstrate our Products to the prospects and help customize as per their requirements.

- Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable.

- Decide whether the software or services needs adapting to meet the client's needs.

- Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client.

Candidate's Profile :

- Ability to set and manage priorities, budgets, and deadlines.

- The individual should be self-driven, self-motivated, confident & top producer with understanding of sales dynamics.

- Experienced at managing and delivering on time with multiple concurrent priorities.

- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills.

- Strong persuasive skills and ability to influence decision makers.
