Reports to: CEO/COO

Key Responsibilities:

A. Strategic Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

i. Develop and implement a forward-thinking recruitment strategy that aligns with our rapid business growth and evolving market needs.

ii. Analyze industry trends to refine hiring practices, ensuring we attract the best talent to support our mission.

iii. Create impactful job descriptions and recruitment materials that communicate our vision and appeal to top-tier candidates.

iv. Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring efficient hiring pipelines and timely updates.

v. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure recruitment efforts are aligned with business goals and growth trajectories.

B. Employee Training & Development

i. Design and lead comprehensive training programs to onboard new employees and continuously upskill existing staff.

ii. Foster a culture of learning and development by implementing tailored training plans for different departments.

iii. Equip managers and leaders with the tools to develop their teams, ensuring the growth and retention of high-performing employees.

C. Succession Planning & Workforce Development

i. Create and manage succession plans for key roles within the organization to ensure business

continuity.

ii. Develop strategies to identify and nurture internal talent, preparing them for future leadership positions.

iii. Conduct regular workforce analysis to anticipate future needs and address gaps in capabilities.

D. Employer Branding & Employee Engagement

i. Position TechClinic Connect as an employer of choice by building a strong employer brand that resonates both internally and externally.

ii. Design and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall job satisfaction.

iii. Organize and promote HR programs that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.

iv. Lead the HR team to ensure that TechClinic Connect's values are reflected across all recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts.

E. HR Operations & Compliance

i. Implement efficient and scalable HR processes and systems for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention.

ii. Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of employee rights and protections.

iii. Continuously assess and improve HR workflows to drive operational efficiency and enhance employee experience.

F. Team Leadership & Development

i. Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, ensuring high performance and engagement across all HR functions.

ii. Set clear team objectives, track progress, and provide regular feedback to ensure HR goals are met.

iii. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on people strategies and potential organizational challenges.
