About the Role:

- The incumbent will be responsible for finding potential doctors for us right from sourcing till offer negotiation in the process ensuring that the candidates are a good fit for the company.

- The incumbent will collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs thus attracting candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.

- Ultimately, the responsibilities of theTalent Acquisition Specialist is to ensure that our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Roles and Responsibilities:

A. Design and Strategy:

- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy for hiring doctors.

- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.

- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.

B. Sourcing and Screening:

- Sourcing profiles via different platforms by using databases, social media, referrals, etc.

- Screening candidates resumes and job applications as per the job specifications.

C. Interview Scheduling:

- Conduct and schedule interviews of candidates using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.

- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude as per the first telephonic round.

D. Employee Onboarding:

- Onboarding new employees/hires till they are fully integrated in the system.

- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

F. Pipeline Building:

- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports for analysis to the rest of the team.

- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Education: Bachelors in any discipline.

M.B.A/P.G.D.M in Human Resources (Preferred).

Experience: At-least 2-3 years of experience of hiring doctors/medical professionals.
