TechClinic is seeking a visionary CHRO to lead its HR strategy and drive the company's rapid expansion in the healthcare sector.

Job Description:

As the HR Head at TechClinic, you will be responsible for developing and executing the people strategy that aligns with our business objectives. You will work closely with senior leadership to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. The HR Head will lead all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning & development, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company's growth and strategic objectives. Ensure alignment of the HR function with business priorities.

- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent across all functions. Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop workforce plans that align with business growth projections.

- Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and high performance. Develop initiatives that improve employee morale, retention, and satisfaction.

- Performance Management: Design and implement a robust performance management system that drives accountability, productivity, and professional development. Ensure clear communication of performance expectations and career paths.

- Learning & Development: Oversee the design and delivery of learning and development programs that enhance employee skills, leadership development, and organizational capabilities. Foster a continuous learning environment.

- Compensation & Benefits: Lead the design and execution of competitive compensation and benefits programs. Ensure pay equity and implement incentive plans that attract and retain high-performing talent.

- Employee Relations & Compliance: Handle employee relations issues with sensitivity and fairness. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

- HR Operations & Systems: Optimize HR processes and systems for efficiency and scalability. Ensure HR data accuracy, privacy, and compliance through modern HRIS systems.

- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and supportive workplace for all employees.

- Change Management: Support the business through transformational changes by providing guidance on the people implications of business decisions. Help leaders manage change effectively within their teams.

- HR Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze key HR metrics such as turnover, employee satisfaction, and performance trends. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications:

Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution (IIM or other Tier-1 schools preferred).

Experience: 10-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in high-growth industries such as healthcare, technology, or startups.

- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage high-performing HR teams. Experience working closely with C-level executives and providing strategic guidance.

- Talent Acquisition Expertise: Strong track record of building and scaling teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Employee Engagement: Deep experience in employee engagement, culture building, and driving retention strategies.

- Compliance & Legal: Thorough understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices in India.

- Tech-Savvy: Experience with HR technology, including HRIS systems and data analytics.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the healthcare sector or other regulated industries.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
