TechClinic is seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy and drive the company's rapid expansion in the healthcare sector.

Job Description:

As the CFO of TechClinic, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial growth, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will be a key member of the executive leadership team, working closely with the CEO and other leaders to guide the company toward its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies that support the company's rapid growth and long-term sustainability. Collaborate with the executive team to align financial objectives with overall business strategy.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and in line with business goals. Provide accurate forecasts to support decision-making.

- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Provide in-depth financial analysis to guide strategic decisions.

- Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead efforts to raise additional capital, including managing relationships with investors and stakeholders. Support efforts to secure - 20 crore in funding to drive projected revenue growth to - 250 crore.

- Risk Management: Implement effective risk management strategies to safeguard the company's assets and financial stability. Ensure the company is fully compliant with regulatory requirements.

- Cash Flow Management: Ensure optimal liquidity by managing cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements. Drive initiatives to maximize cash flow through operational efficiencies.

- Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality or growth potential. Lead initiatives for expense management and profitability enhancement.

- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team. Provide mentorship, guidance, and growth opportunities for team members. Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment of financial goals.

- Audit & Compliance: Ensure accurate and compliant tax filings, audits, and financial reporting as per local regulations and international standards. Act as a point of contact for auditors and regulatory bodies.

- Technology & Automation: Lead initiatives to enhance financial processes through the adoption of technology, ensuring efficient operations and improved reporting accuracy.

Key Qualifications:

Education: CA/CPA or MBA from a top-tier institution (preference for IIM or other leading business schools).

Experience: 5-15 years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in high-growth sectors such as healthcare, technology, or startups.

- Fundraising Experience: Proven track record of raising capital, working with investors, and managing large-scale fundraising initiatives.

- Analytical Skills: Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, influence cross-functional teams, and collaborate at the executive level.

- Risk Management & Compliance: In-depth knowledge of financial risk management, tax regulations, and compliance standards.

- Tech Savvy: Experience with modern financial software and a strong understanding of leveraging technology for financial processes.
