Manager - US IT Staffing
Job description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- 5+ years Experience required in US IT Staffing business.
- Good understanding of US IT Staffing Business, Sales and Recruitment processes from contract negotiations to contract closings.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with Onsite management team on daily operations & team management.
- Report to Onsite management team on employees' performance, work & training.
- Increase the overall productivity of the branch by implementing relevant employee training, budgeting effectively, eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunities.
- Strong understanding of US visa classification terms, rules & policies.
- Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers.
- Strong experience in US IT Staffing Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire , Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones etc)
- Be the forefront evangelist to ideate, communicate, and implement transformative ideas to improve and accelerate IT staffing sales.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with Team/Management/Client and establish good relationships with new ones.
- Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies.
- Manage daily operations, especially customer service and finance activities, and make improvements as needed.
- Collaborating with sales and account teams to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals.
- Contacting potential customers to develop relationships and sales.
- Maintaining current client relationships and identifying potential clients
- Hiring, training, and managing junior salespeople and team.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of services and innovating new ways to serve businesses.
- Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
- Innate drive to succeed and take initiative.
- Strong organizational talents and ability to work under pressure and in new environments.
Required Skills:
- Min 5+years of industry experience
- Bachelor's/ Masters in degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Great leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple Task at once, Ease to work under pressure.
