As a technical writer, you'll be responsible to guide through the entire process, and you'll make complex information accessible to employees and the target audience.
Job Description:
- Translate business and technical requirement documentation into easily understood descriptions of system functionality for use by the business service teams and management.
- Writing and updating client-facing documentation, including technical white papers, user guides and online help that is compliant and responsive to requirements.
- Verify that the delivered system changes match the business requirements.
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and develop content for how the platform can provide solutions.
- Strong and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technical writing experience and exposure to Social Media, Blogs, E-Books, Solution briefs, One Page, Case Studies, and Press Releases

- Must have strong written English language skills.
- A high attention to detail with excellent editing and proofing ability.
- Must have excellent literacy skills, with an extensive vocabulary.
- Deadline driven with effective time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Must have experience in Fintech/Anti-Risk management.
