Technical Support Analyst/Trading

We have opening with a Leading Investment Bank based out of Mumbai.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Development & enhancement select platform supporting Trading and Marketing.

- Building of features and functionality to improve client offering and experience on platform.

- Finding gaps in operational inefficiencies and developing tools to leverage technology to streamline and automate processes.

- Working closely with the business in order to gather requirements for further IT development

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Technical Skills:

- Graduate from a reputed institute with qualification in engineering / physics / programming stream

- Experience of 1-3 years in the financial industry

- Exceptionally strong programming skills in Excel / VBA language.

- Experience with .net technologies and C++ is a strong plus.

- Web development skills are a requirement.

- Strong analysis skills in establishing root cause of system issues.

Behavioral Skills: (e.g. communication skills)

- Good analytical skills.

- Ability to work well in a team, including the trading desk and technology department.

- The candidate should be detail-oriented.

- Good problem solving ability.

- Good communication skills – verbal and written.

Please note: VBA , C++ is essential
