Job description –
- Work with the top management to define the service offerings & sales strategy
- Engage with the prospects at a technical level
- Guide the sales team in pitching the appropriate technical solutions
- Own responsibility for sales of IT services in the markets that Company works in
- Manage a team of high caliber sales professionals
- Mentor the team members in creating their individual sales plans, monitor their adherence to the sales processes and help them achieve their sales targets
Desired profile –
Must have
- 15 - 20 years experience in Software/ IT services companies, handling technology solutions/proposal engineering / delivery
- Strong technical background and interest in emerging technologies like Cloud, Big Data etc. (not looking for people who have been solely into resource management rather than technology)
- Flair for customer relationship building and engaging customers/prospects at technical level
- Excellent verbal / written communication
- Good people management skills
- Good analytical abilities
Good to have
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Should have multiple success stories about nurturing relationships with ISV start-ups
Sales / Presales experience
Must - USA, Europe Customer interaction
Circa - 15-28 LPA depending upon the experience
