Sr. HR Generalist
Job Description:
- We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our HR Team at SMC Squared.
- As an HR Generalist you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and ensuring the well-being and engagement of our employees.
- You will collaborate closely with Core Team to create and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with SMC 2 goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary.
- Data Management for all employee related data - Onboarding to Exit.
- Uploading & Maintaining Employee Database.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, virtually and in-person.
- Manage the entire employee life cycle implementation from onboarding to exit including payroll.
- Manage HR policies and procedures in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Co-ordinate and Facilitate Orientation Program.
- Manage and Track all HR Templates and ensure they are updated as per the compliance and organisation requirement.
- Support in driving the Performance Management process and reporting and Analytics.
- Support in Handling employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and investigations.
- Coordinate for L&D related operational activities for successful delivery of programs and track employee training requirements against actuals.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys.
- Lead the Employee Engagement Initiative.
- Plan, coordinate and execute as per the calendar.
- Work closely with the internal communications team to manage and co-ordinate all HR related communications.
- Partner with business team as the HR business partner and lead HR Connect sessions.
- Knowledge about labour laws and regulations, adjusting HR practices accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree and certification in HR is a plus
- At least 3 years of experience as HR Generalist with experience in all areas of HR including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, Training and Employee engagement.
Competency:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRMS platforms.
- Proven overall experience as an HR Generalist in a fast-paced, technology driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work and showcase strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
