Senior Manager / Associate Vice President / Vice President - Tech Sales - Market Research & Consulting - Multiple Locations

Summary: We are looking for Tech Sales leader with experience in international Sales for for Technology services-Digital Transformation, focusing on automation, AI, and other cutting-edge technologies.. You will drive sales initiatives, nurture client relationships, and focus on revenue growth through both existing accounts and new acquisitions. This role requires a deep understanding of client industries and the ability to design and deliver digital transformation solutions that address their unique business challenges.

Location: Hyderabad, Mumbai , Bangalore, Kolkata

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the sales of Tech, digital transformation solutions, focusing on automation, AI, and other cutting-edge technologies.

2. Engage with global corporations, understand their pain points, and design solutions that leverage digital transformation and automation.

3. Work closely with operations teams to ensure impactful delivery of solutions and act as the voice of the customer within the organization.

4. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand the client base.

5. Support account management teams in developing proactive proposals and presenting solutions to C-suite executives.

Requirements:

1. 15+ years of experience in transformation and automation domains with a strong track record in sales and client engagement.

2. Proven ability to lead strategic engagements within new and existing accounts, consistently achieving revenue goals.

3. Strong commercial acumen and experience in mapping client challenges to internal capabilities.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence technical and business audiences, including C-level executives.

5. Experience in leading large, global teams and familiarity with technology outsourcing services across verticals.
