Job Description - Working with a client for an open position in their Tech Recruitment team.

The role involves hands-on sourcing & recruiting for engineers & developers, and other roles as required.

Client Details:

Our client is a global Financial Services MNC. They are one of the market leaders in the industry operating out of multiple geographies.

Description:

- Full Life-Cycle Recruiting:

- Manage the complete recruiting process, which includes creating compelling job descriptions, sourcing diverse candidates, marketing the organization's talent brand, screening applicants, advising hiring managers, and negotiating job offers.


Sourcing Exceptional Candidates:

- Look beyond direct applications by leveraging search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative techniques to identify top talent in the market.


- Market Trends Advisory:

- Provide insights to clients and leadership on market trends, recommending more effective strategies for attracting and recruiting outstanding talent.


- Candidate Pipeline Strategies:

- Develop strategies to build candidate pipelines for open positions, utilizing methods such as talent marketing, LinkedIn sourcing, and referrals.


- Job Offer Management: Create and extend job offers to successfully close identified candidates.

- Data-Driven Updates: Use recruiting data to proactively deliver status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners.

- Business Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to initiatives focused on business improvement, including talent strategy, sourcing tools, and pre-assessments.

Profile:

- A successful Tech Recruiting Manager should possess:

- Over 12 years of experience in technology recruitment within a corporate setting, focusing on senior-level positions.

- Proven experience collaborating with recruiting managers and peers on sourcing strategies.


- A track record of serving as a talent advisor and partner to hiring managers and leadership.


- Proficiency in Workday is a significant advantage.


- At least 5 years of experience utilizing sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, and Google x-ray searches for platforms like Twitter and GitHub.


- More than 5 years of experience in creating and updating talent maps.
