The role involves hands-on sourcing & recruiting for engineers & developers, and other roles as required.

- Full Life-Cycle Recruiting:
- Manage the complete recruiting process, which includes creating compelling job descriptions, sourcing diverse candidates, marketing the organization's talent brand, screening applicants, advising hiring managers, and negotiating job offers.
- Look beyond direct applications by leveraging search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative techniques to identify top talent in the market.
- Provide insights to clients and leadership on market trends, recommending more effective strategies for attracting and recruiting outstanding talent.
- Develop strategies to build candidate pipelines for open positions, utilizing methods such as talent marketing, LinkedIn sourcing, and referrals.
- Proven experience collaborating with recruiting managers and peers on sourcing strategies.
- A track record of serving as a talent advisor and partner to hiring managers and leadership.
- Proficiency in Workday is a significant advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience utilizing sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, and Google x-ray searches for platforms like Twitter and GitHub.
- More than 5 years of experience in creating and updating talent maps.
