Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end technology hiring
- Understanding position requirements from the business/leadership, creating hiring strategies
- Sourcing candidates through different portals, developing candidate pipeline
- Managing compensation negotiation with candidates
- Timely interaction with stakeholders, maintain relationship with outside vendors
Experience Required :
- 1-4 years of experience in end-to-end technical hiring (from sourcing to offer roll out)
- B.E/B.Tech/MBA/Post Graduation from premium colleges
- Ability to partner with clients and candidates at all levels
