- Good knowledge on aligning ITIL v3 Process to ServiceNow and Best practices to ITSM tools
- Good customer facing skills with business analysis, Design, Planning, Implementation, Administration and Support experience on Servicenow ITSM applications/modules.
- Implementation experience and knowledge of ITSM applications and modules like Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Knowledge, SLA etc
- Hands on Experience on technical aspects like Workflows, UI Policies, UI actions, client scripts, business rules, script includes, ACL- s, scheduled jobs, import sets and transform maps
- Experience on Integrations- inbound/outbound with ServiceNow using AD/LDAP, Trusted Sources for SSO, Mid server, web-services REST/SOAP, email and other relevant technologies
- Should be good at debugging on scripts, ACL- s, etc to troubleshoot the issue/cause
- Experience building, configuring, and customizing CMS portal (ESS Employee Self Service Portal)
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
- Experience working in and managing multiple update sets and coordinating their promotion throughout multiple instances
- Additional experience with Discovery, Orchestration, Facilities, HR, and other ServiceNow applications and modules are plusses.
- Support and mentor team members to resolve the technical challenges
- Good analysis, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good to have certified on Service now Administration or Implementation certified
