We at Tech Mahindra are Hiring for Skilled Product Owner with Good Hands-On working experience in Policy Admin/Claims/Billing/Underwriting.

Below is the Detailed Job Description for the same:

Job Title: Product Owner.

Experience: 10+ Years.

Location: Bangalore/Pune.

Job Description:

- 10+ experience with at least 5+ years in Annuity, Life/Pensions/retirement for USA insurance clients

- Strong experience and knowledge of implementing policy admin and billing COTS package solutions like FAST for USA insurers

- Good experience and understanding of Variable Annuity, Fixed Annuity, Fixed Indexed Annuity, Registered Indexed Linked Annuity products

- Expertise in entire annuity/pensions value chain and helping clients with new product launch, policy administration and billing implementations

- Experience in leading projects from pre-inception till launch for multiple releases

- Hands on experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Mapping, Requirement Gathering, Gap Analysis, Preparing BRDs/ FSDs/ product manuals, writing user stories, use cases, writing user acceptance criteria, reviewing test cases, functional/User acceptance testing

- Good experience in client management, leading client sessions for requirements gathering and issue resolution

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Hands on with tools like MS Visio or other similar modeling tools

- Experience in requirements management tools like Recpro, ALM

- Should have good working experience on Agile/Scrum and understanding of the SDLC processes

- Manage and contribute towards project delivery and solution design

- Analyze new requirements and provide effort estimation

- Prepare, publish, agree and monitor the project activity and schedule. Perform change impact assessment, stakeholders management.

- Experience of working on integrating Package solutions within reinsurance landscape

- Experience in contributing to key initiatives like RFP/RFI responses, building new solution accelerators/offerings, thought leadership POVs/blogs

- Participate and contribute in internal knowledge sharing sessions and independently contribute to Knowledge Repository

- Collaborate with business users to define test scenarios and participate in UAT to validate system functionality and ensure alignment with business requirements

- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to educate users on system enhancements, new processes, and best practices
