Tech Mahindra - Practice Manager - ECM

Technology Experience:

- Minimum 12 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) products such as Alfresco, Newgen, OpenText, IBM, etc

- Hands-On experience on atleast 2 ECM products including Alfresco

- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecting ECM solutions

- Strong experience in Core Java. Knowledge on Spring and AWS

- Manage CoE with team size of 30+ associates

Professional Experience :

- Lead ECM practice and responsible for practice development, defining solutions, pre-sales, competency building, project implementation

- A focused Delivery Leadership role to handle and manage various aspects of delivery such as projects, support, new engagements, expanding to acquire new clients, technical / operational and functional innovation, team building, global stakeholder management, reporting and summarizing key updates to global leaders

- Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives

- Program Management, Architect and build solutions

- Pre-Sales of large scale Enterprise Content Management RFPs.

- Prepare Bid Plan, Respond to RFP, RFI, prepare of SOW, Solution preparation, Project Estimates, Proof Of Concepts etc.,

- Delivery ownership of customer projects

- Internal competency and skill building

- Create presentations, collaterals on Offerings
