Delivery

- Advising clients on Post-Merger IT Integration Planning/Divestiture/Spin off IT planning & roadmap development

- Program Management of Post-Merger IT Integration/Spin off Initiatives

- Ensuring high quality delivery

- Leading a team of consultants

- Client relationship handling

Competency development

- Developing the in depth expertise of Service offerings in the areas of Post-Merger IT Integration Planning/Divestiture/Spin off IT planning & roadmap development

- Developing collaterals & taking the Service offerings to market

- Proposal writing & lead generation

- Guiding & mentoring analysts & consultants

Skills

- Exposure to minimum 1 execution assignment in Post- Merger IT Planning

- Having led at least 5 client facing consulting engagements

- Exposure to Pharma domain would be preferred, but not mandatory

- Bringing structure to the client problems & Problem solving
