JOB TITLE: Manager - Compensation & Benefits and Statutory Compliance
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
- Mediclaim
- Statutory Compliance
- Database management
- On boarding & Exit
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Insurance renewals, Servicing & Wellness:
- Liasoning with Insurance Company on claims processing.
- Insurance renewals for Mediclaim & Life Insurance policies
- Timely addition & Deletion
- Policy Awareness programs
- Designing Wellness calendar & ensuring smooth implementation
- Escalation Management
Statutory Compliance:
- Ensuring timely return filing for PF, ESIC
- Liasioning with PF consultant for PF queries
- Conducting vendor audits to ensure 100% compliance
- Adherence & implementation of amendments to labour laws
Onboarding & Exit Management:
- Issuance of Appt. letters
- Induction
- Monitoring the clearance process
- Ensuring accuracy & timely F&F completion
Process Improvement
- Periodic review and audit of internal processes and suggesting correction/improvements in the same
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate in any discipline /PG in HR with minimum 10 years of relevant experience
