Role : Lead IT Consultant

Experience : 6 to 12 years

Location : Bangalore / Mumbai / Pune / Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead consulting engagements for customers to drive transformation initiatives

- Work with alliance partners in joint Go to Market strategy / planning and in delivering customer projects.

- Actively support business development efforts including proposal preparation

- Guide & mentor a team of analysts & consultants.

- Present Tech Mahindra service offerings, whitepapers & Point of Views in analyst / industry / customer forums

- Work with internal entrepreneurs (e.g. innovation team) and senior management, to identify disruptive opportunities in the areas of information technology

Key Skills Desired :

- Experience in delivery of IT consulting projects spanning areas of IT Strategy & Road-map development, Application portfolio optimization, IT Cost optimization, Bench-marking studies, Product evaluation, Enterprise architecture, IT governance etc.

- Good understanding of trending areas like Digital Strategy, Big Data & Analytics, Cloud, IoT etc.

- Good understanding of atleast 1 Industry vertical

- Excellent communication skills
