Manager / Head Automation

Tech Mahindra is hiring Manager Automation. The purpose of this job role is to lead the development and enterprise architecture of the company's internal and consumer facing applications.

Act as the subject-matter-expert in the Enterprise Architecture capabilities, processes, tools, and best practices.

Mentioned below is the Criteria -

- Minimum 12 years of overall experience.

- Experience in providing leadership and technical expertise to teams in broad technical areas: systems analysis, architecture, software design, software development, quality assurance, performance characterization and release engineering.

- Experience in Robotic Automation techniques (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Ui Path).

- Experience in providing technical guidance and work direction in the development of new applications and improvements to existing applications.

- Ensuring the product development team activities meet company cost capacity, quality and product development requirements.

- Experience in managing and prioritizing team activities including: supervision of staff resources, project/ product assignments, monitoring results, and taking corrective action when necessary.

- Education background - B.E./B. Tech /MCA

- Detailed understanding of BPO industry.
