Tech Mahindra - Agile Coach

Tech Mahindra is hiring Agile Coach for Trivandrum location.

- Approx 10 years of experience in IT Industry with 3 years of experience working as an Agile Coach.

- Experienced in Agile project management or Scrum Master experience with coaching experience in transforming IT business into Agile way of working.

- Must have very good understanding of multiple SDLC tools and Reporting tools

- Should be able to guide and influence multiple sets of stakeholders from people, process and tools perspective.

- Experienced in coaching the implementation of Scrum or SAFe in a distributed development environment

- Experience in coaching diverse cross-functional teams to high performance.

- Highly motivated, Self-driven, energetic, flexible and resourceful individual.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
