Tech Lead

- Should have team building/management experience

- Should have solid experience in consumer tech companies, preferably in the gaming or entertainment space

- 5 years + relevant work experience

- Applicants with prior startup experience as founders/core members would be great

Responsibilities :

1. Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.

2. Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

3. Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.

4. Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.

5. Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.

6. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

7. Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.

8. Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
