Few responsibilities would include (you know these, but nevertheless, it's good to reiterate the

hygiene stuff):

a) Building new features using web technologies and frameworks, and also integrate features and improvements that can support our large-and-growing user base

b) Improving and optimizing the code base with best practices

c) Ensure reliability and security of the web application etc.

Skills & Experience:

a) 6+ years in Senior roles of experience in development projects(backend: NodeJS/Express, Python, MySQL, Postgres or Front-end technologies like CSS, Javascript and libraries like VueJS, React, Next/Nuxt, Tailwind) and can provide validated code samples/work product to validate.

b) Good understanding of software architectures, microservices is required

c) Excellent Management Skills, Highly motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

d) Strong analytical ability to create innovative solutions, logical and problem-solving approach on complex issues

e) Skilled with one or more backend technologies like NodeJS/Express, Python, MySQL, Postgres or proficient with front-end technologies like CSS, Javascript and libraries like VueJS, React, Next/Nuxt, Tailwind

f) Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, internet security

g) Strong communication skills + Curiosity about how things work and willingness to work in a startup environment
