We are looking for a Technology Lead with excellent technical and management skills for ecommerce portal.

Company Overview

We are an e-commerce venture offering finest gifting experiences across genders, occasions, and personality types. We plan to change the horizon of online gifting in India by offering very unique & wide array of products and experiential services combined with pleasant shopping experiences for both sender and recipient. It is a brand new idea cultivated by two experienced professionals who quit a technology company to start something new and innovative in the space of ecommerce.

They were joined by two brilliant minds from India's leading Technology & Business Schools- IIT Delhi and IIM Ahmedabad. The fabulous four received initial seed capital from Tekcorp to develop sophisticated platform, implement business/customer processes and build strong supply chain.

Desired candidate profile:

- Passion for ecommerce is must along with determination to succeed

- An attitude to take up a high impact role in start-up environment

- Experience in ecommerce companies in India or abroad is a plus

- Strong experience in the latest web technologies (PHP, Magento) and awareness of web standards

- Overall 4+ years of software engineering experience, Strong technical & product background with the ability to expand and lead a team of strong software engineers

- Defining tasks, allocating tasks, work breakdown structure, planning resource requirements and project timelines

- Capacity to think strategically, and an ability to understand how product decision are tied to key business drivers

Education:

- Bachelors in Computer Science from IIT, NSIT, DCE, BITS, NIT's only.
