Product Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute GTM strategies to drive software sales and increase transactions

- Identify cross-selling opportunities and build customer lifetime value

- Establish new channel partnerships to expand software categories

- Revive inactive leads and engage returning users through targeted campaigns

- Leverage tools like Moengage and GA4 to optimize campaigns and user journeys

- Use data analytics to uncover growth opportunities and execute growth hacks

- Enhance Techjockey's brand recall and marketplace positioning

- Collaborate on content development to meet sales and engagement goals

Key Metrics:

- Transactions: 3x increase in online transactions

- Returning Users: 2x growth in returning users

- Engagement: 10% MoM improvement in average engagement time

- Queries: 2x increase in software queries

Dimensions / Required Skills:

- Have past startup experience (preferably in 0-1 stage). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Have 1 to 4 Years of working experience

- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Moengage, Google Analytic 4, Tracking and more)

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions
