- Collaborate with technology leadership to understand business goals and translate them into HR strategies and initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to technology teams, providing expert guidance on HR matters.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies specifically tailored to the technology workforce.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process for technology roles.
- Proactively identify and address skill gaps within the tech teams.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and implement training programs that enhance the skills of the technology workforce.
- Leverage data and analytics to provide insights into the performance and engagement of the technology teams.
- Drive data-driven decision-making in HR initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
- 6+ years of experience in HR Business partnering with tech workforce
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute XLRI/TISS/MDI/SCMHRD/SIBM Pune/XIMB/TAPMI
- Experience in working for tech first organisations will be an added advantage
- Holistic understanding of the tech talent ecosystem
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
