Tech Co-Founder for a Smart RideSharing App | StartUp

- Looking for a Tech Co-Founder who is passionate towards building tech for an upcoming Startup and to be an active part of making the Startup Big and Bigger with Tech Innovations. Shall work committed to growth.

- Its a complete Boot Strapped Startup. If you can believe the idea can be the next big thing and can willing to work for limited funds initially with equity share. We love to see you on board.

Primary Responsibilities :

1. Work with the Founder in building the vision, architecture, team, technology stack and platform

2. Should constantly keep yourself updated with all new trends, technologies and approaches that could make our product better.

3. Post the investor funding, Recruit, hire and lead the technology team & related vendors

4. Help build, manage, and validate a Tech Roadmap for its Products.

5. Architecture Practices: At startup, the dynamics of change; changes very fast. Making sure that best practices are defined and followed by team is very important.

6. Methodology: With time, help build progressive learning culture and establish predictable model of envisioning, designing and developing products.

7. Given that, CTO is an executive Tech leader, it's easy for him to understand the business opportunities which Insuretech Product could create. CTO's bring the perspective of tech as a differentiator for startup.

8. Help in building a great place to work, which is a lot of fun & develops great team spirit.

Skill-set :

- Strong hold in frontend and backend development and algorithms.

- Hands on experience in coding in PHP, Java, Python, Spark,SQL, JQuery, Javascript, HTML and CSS.

- Proficient in Advanced Analytics and using SAS, ML Packages & Frameworks.

- Experience with debugging tools like selenium, xdebug.

- Deep expertise and understanding of Natural language Processing. You must have hands on experience in -developing and maintaining NLP based project that includes text classification, information extraction, relationship extraction, language modeling, Information retrieval, summarization, shallow parsing, automated indexing and unsupervised clustering. (Highly required).

- You must have knowledge of building application for Android, IOS and Web application using either hybrid application like Ionic\React Native or Native platform. (Intermediate requirement).
