Key Responsibilities:
Employer Branding:
- Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Create compelling employer brand messaging and ensure consistency across all talent touchpoints (website, social media, job postings, recruitment campaigns, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute employer branding campaigns through digital and social media channels.
- Partner with recruitment and HR teams to enhance the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Establish relationships with universities, industry partners, and professional networks to promote the company as a great place to work.
- Measure and analyze employer branding efforts to continuously optimize strategies.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Design and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback to drive initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Organize internal events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives to enhance employee experience.
- Develop and manage internal communication strategies to ensure employees are informed, connected, and aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with leadership and HR to create a culture of recognition, career development, and continuous learning.
- Monitor trends and best practices in employee engagement and employer branding to introduce innovative approaches.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in employer branding, employee engagement, HR communications, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of employer branding strategies, digital marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Experience in internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and culture-building programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to assess branding and engagement effectiveness.
- Creativity and strategic thinking with a passion for creating an engaging work environment.
