The opening is for our Permanent Staffing Division managing the BFSI / KPO / Analytics vertical

Location : Bangalore

Role & Responsibilities :

- Managing and Developing Clients

- Focus towards building Key / Large accounts through effective client relationship management

- Leading a team of 3 - 4 consultants

- Analyzing and understanding the client's requirements

- Will be responsible for Team and Self Deliverables

- Team Mentoring and Facilitating

- Escalations and Resolutions management

- Implementing innovative sourcing methods for team and self

- Responsible for handling end to end recruitment activities

- Candidate Assessment and Management

- Responsible for invoicing & collections

- Experience/ Knowledge of market & industry mapping

- Responsible for data management & status reporting

Desired Profile :

- Min 5 yrs of exp in Recruitment / HR Consulting / Business Management

- Min Academic Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate

- Should have team management experience

- Should have exposure in BFSI / KPO / Analytics Recruitment with exposure in Key Account Management

- Excellent Communication Skills
