Job Description :
- Handles all aspects of pre & post-sales administration of assigned clients.
- Manage the transition process of existing and new clients and further create business benefit solutions for TEAM RUSTIC.
- Produce communication pieces for clients and their clients.
- Conduct meetings at client sites.
- Work with clients for benefit interpretation.
- Assist Sales / Business Development personnel at presentations and meetings.
- Introduce new services and programs to clients
- Conduct quarterly client review meetings
- Client services managers share specific personality and work traits.
- They can juggle multiple client needs while maneuvering sudden changes of direction in the event market space.
- They're organized.
- People skills are also a must, because they interface with many personalities in many disciplines.
- Diplomacy is key as well - Client service personnel must work through differences of opinion and perspective between creative staff and clients.
- Also important are curiosity and an interest in keep up with new technologies and trends and how they affect the business.
- Finally, the ability to foster a healthy work-place culture is important, because agency employees work long hours and face tight deadlines.
