Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for Campaign Management:
- Content Calendar creation and execution to include various seasonal events and cities (atleast 3 months in advance so we can think of tech and advanced UI campaigns)
- Landing Page Creation in different formats and Designing the page to include different elements/ components of Magento.
- Product sequencing (prioritizing the order of products in the landing page).
- Adding content on the landing page rather than just products, maybe.
- Verifying the campaign creatives follows the ASCI guidelines and other hygiene (have updated packaging of the products, have in stock products and not the products that have been discontinued etc).
- Maintain freshness of the website (there are multiple banners, ensure that the overall look of the website is refreshed every few days).
- Maintain the log with campaign analytics so as to build different hypotheses and conclusions that can be shared with brand team.
Personalization:
- Add and update content in the personalization modules.
- Analytics to check which product is working for which recommendation.
- Create A/B test cases to test various hypotheses about product visibility and combos.
- Reporting of recommendation (%impressions, %conversions, %age hover rate etc) to track and improve the same.
- Figuring out what all new recommendations can be added and on which pages these can be added to improve discoverability and conversion.
Analytics :
Website Analytics :
- Analytics of each component of the website, ex- header banner in home age, if the click rate is less than average click rate, we can change the creative or change the construct or remove the banner.
- Every category (all three levels) has some engagement rate, bounce rate, scroll rate, we need to take actions accordingly to increase engagement rate and conversion rate of each of these pages
- Entire customer funnel analysis to find out which are the places from where customer is exiting and do RCA on those
- Sales analysis (category, subcategory, brand, subbrand level)
- Customer analysis (new acquisition, retention), customer segments
- Order failure rate, bounce rate, (we can setup notification when any of these failures go beyond the benchmarked failure rate) to get to know the issue right when it is happening.
Website Hygiene Tester :
- Ensure the website is running smoothly
Customer Journey improvement :
- Monitor and analyze website shopping journey and behavioral data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor the pages that has high drop and low conversions and work on overall improvement of the same.
Stakeholder management / Collaborations :
- Work closely with Product Managers to optimize the site merchandising features and develop the roadmap of products to address customer/user needs.
- Collaborate with Category Managers to plan and implement effective online customer journey experience.
