- This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Lead located in Gurugram. The Creative Lead will be responsible for managing and leading a team of creatives, developing creative strategies, and ensuring high-quality creative output. Additionally, the Creative Lead will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on creative direction, establishing timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.. Innovation and Ideation :. Envision the strategic directions of brands, both short-term and long-term. Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas. Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business and user interaction priorities possible.
- The ability to influence others to set and achieve goals and deadlines. Your responsibilities:. Create Creative/Content Strategy for brands for their digital campaigns. Delegate work effectively. Supervise, counsel, and guide managers and executives likewise. Manage group dynamics between managers and executives. Check for accuracy, timeliness, and quality of creatives & content. Ensuring all the organisation's or client's visuals are consistent with the overall brand strategic vision to foresee the red flags hindering this growth and proactively tackle it. Attend and participate in Client meetings/pitches. Adherence to tight deadlines while delivering flawless work. Manage team escalations wherever needed. Demonstrate creativity and give links to previous work. Hiring, developing, and managing the creative team.
- Edit content produced by other members of the team. Analyse content marketing metrics and make changes as needed. Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content idea. Juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations. Stay on top of the latest standards and trends in the visual design field. Skill sets/Experience we require:. - Excellent presentation and communication skills. A strong understanding of pop culture and internet memes. The drive to push yourself to deliver the highest quality work that you can be proud of. Minimum 5 years experience in Copywriting/Content/Creative in digital media and advertising or any related field.
