Team Member - Strategy & Business Development - NBFC
Job description:
Support development for reviews:
1. Financial modelling of key business deliverables and projections based on relevant and realistic assumptions
2. Simulate projected business performance based on scenarios to aid decisioning
3. Track product level key KPIs and enable sharp reviews
4. Assist in development of key business monitoring reports
Management communication:
1. Development of sharp communication templates covering key requirements relevant to the forum
2. Collaborating with internal stakeholders for collecting relevant information and translating them into effective presentations
3. Provide inputs for long, medium and short range strategic plan and play an active role in preparation of the same
4. Prepare collaterals for various management meetings and investor engagement events
Industry and Market Analysis:
1. Identification of new business opportunities, key play areas to prepare a decision-oriented proposal
2. Develop deep industry understanding and perform ad hoc deep dives on internal / external data
3. Conducting secondary research on related segments and monitoring the latest market trends
4. Track peer activities through external information available and do a market benchmarking on key financial and non-financial metrics
Required work experience: 3-5 Years
Requirements:
- Adept in financial modelling and presentations
- Candidates to be from consulting companies (Big 4 preferred), Banks and NBFCs
- CA or MBA preferred
- Knowledge of Lending business in India is must
