Job Description:
To manage key Rewards & Benefits Processes such as Global Mobility, LTIP operations, and independently lead sub processes in design and delivery of Executive Compensation and Variable Pay Plan Framework & Designs at the Group Level across geographies.
Job Context and Major Challenges:
This position is in Rewards & Benefits portfolio at Group Human Resources. By virtue of the positioning of the role and the governance structure of the Group, this role is expected to design and deliver Rewards programs in the areas of responsibility keeping in mind diverse businesses/sector presence as well as practices along with diverse geography practices and regulatory frameworks.
This position is expected to lead Rewards processes on Global Mobility, Annual Incentive Plan design & Framework development at the group level which can be benchmarked globally.
This position also is expected to manage the rollout of long term operations in the group of LTI plans under active supervision from Team Lead on LTIP.
This role requires deep specialisation of Mobility and global rewards, good level of financial & business acumen, base level of legal and compliance knowledge, business understanding and challenges/context, project management skills and process + systems orientation.
At the behavioural level, this role requires influencing, consulting and high degree of problem solving capability.
Looking for:
- 3 to 5 yrs of exp in Rewards & Benefits in an MNC.
- People from Tier1 B-schools having MBA(HR)/ MBA(finance) & CAs preferred.
- Should have experience in strategy building rather than execution
- International exp in Rewards and Benefits is a huge plus
