Requirements :

- Recruitment strategy and planning.

- Recruitment policies and audits.

- Champion the talent acquisition processes and ensure compliance across.

- Define the signature recruitment process and communicate to all the businesses.

- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

- Full time MBA mandatory.

- 5+ years of experience in end to end recruitment.
