- Drive process mapping and process Improvements across function areas in the Business.
- Look to minimize process variance, non value activities, added standardize processes, reduce cycle times.
- Look to minimize defects, complaints and disputes.
- Formulate process improvement ideas and drive projects resulting in operational and financial benefits
- Improve baseline performance relative to cost, quality, and cycletime and customer satisfaction.
- Operational performance analysis of business and present to the Business Heads on periodic basis.
