We are looking for a Strong HRMS - Peoplesoft professional for a multinational conglomerate which is in the League of Fortune 500. They have over 120,000 employees, belonging to 42 nationalities. More than 50 per cent of their revenues flow from their overseas operations spanning 36 countries.

Key Responsibilities
1. To ensure the effective implementation & Usage of Peoplesoft HRMS modules to automate HR Processes in a uniform and integrated manner across the Group
2. To ensure usage of the Peoplesoft HRMS system across all user groups, specifically in the context of other HR subsystems existing in the businesses viz. Payroll
3. To ensure integration of newer businesses in the Peoplesoft HRMS
4. Develop and review user requirements to ensure that all user requirements are correctly documented & communicated
5. Develop and review specific module / sub-module documentation and user manuals
6. Ensure detailed module / sub-module testing before the product goes live
7. User training for specific modules
8. Ensure effective utilization of Peoplesoft HRMS cross specific businesses & across specific modules
