As a Team Member in the Organization Effectiveness Team, your primary purpose will be to contribute to the enhancement of Company's position in areas of Organizational Purpose & Values, Wellness, Diversity and Inclusion, Listening, Employee Engagement, Communication and Recognition. You will collaborate with various leaders, teams, and stakeholders to implement strategies that foster a happy, positive, and productive work environment that enables organization to achieve its strategic business & people objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Driving Values & POSH Awareness Sessions across all locations.
- Organizing quarterly POSH IC meetings.
- Central coordinator for all Quality-of-Life projects. Facilitate Capex approvals by CHRO for Quality-of-Life projects.
- Track the progress with the help of MCOE and Unit teams of the approved project and facilitate timely closure of the projects.
- Chairman Awards SPOC for organization. Managing entire nominations for Individual and Group Awards for ABG Awards.
- Leading and ensuring smooth and timely completion of Pride Cycle 1, Cycle 2, and Champion of Champions.
- Driving Chairman's Wellness Agenda.
- Leading the Vibes, MEffect, HRSS and any other survey rolled out by the Group OE team.
- Analyzing the results of the surveys, drawing insights, identifying areas of betterment (AOB's), staying updated with the Industry Best practices.
- Managing and tracking all applications under Dual Career Policy.
- Organizing and leading periodic WAH connects.
- Ensuring the branding of OE experiences across Units on intranet and through other internal mode of communication
- Showing impact of OE experiences
- Analyzing data from Vibes and GPTW to help gain insights and take decisions.
